My Review:
Wow! Dani Pettery took me on another page-turning adventure that was filled will plenty of twists and turns, that left me breathless straight through to the last page. I love the McKenna family; their strong love for each other is apparent as they work together to help their youngest brother, Reef. Piper and Landon get the spotlight in this story, but the secondary characters are strongly developed as well, and they are waiting in the wings for their turn to take the featured lead.
The mystery/suspense is one that Angela Lansbury’s Murder She Wrote character Jessica Fletcher would love to sink her teeth into. Add layers of romance and you have a nail-biting, toe-curling emotional rollercoaster ride that is sure to satisfy.
Shattered is the exciting sequel to Submerged which was the first book in the Alaskan Courage series, but it does very well as a stand alone.
Dani’s third book in the Alaskan Courage series, Stranded will be available in September 2013, and I, as always am looking forward to reading it.
